To even be me 
Rebellious
Curious
A proud black sheep
Wierdo that

Refuses to fit in 

And marches
To the beat
Of a drum

All their own
Those who
Make a difference
History has shown
Are those 
Who refuse
To be a carbon copy

And instead
Embrace
Individuality

I mean to 

Inspire
But even 
If I  make no
Difference at all
At least
I can be proud

That the life

I lived was 
My own
And I lived it
As me

Not who I was 

Told to be

And to me

That is worth
