Who would rather

Live my life

With eyes open wide

Than be told

What is right

By those who

Are too damn blind

To see the truth

Right in front

Of them
Because 

Unlike 

Most people
I see
I feel
I care
When most don't
I do
And know what?

Yes it may hurt
It may be
The more painful
Way to live

But at the end

Of the day
I would proudly
Rather care
Than be too numb
To do so 
At all
What so ever
