Life aint easy
No sir
Not for
Anybody
But we need

To learn and
Remember that
Our pain
Does not
Justify
Inflicting pain
On others
And our fears
Do not justify
Putting fear
Into others either
Our pain
Is our cross
To bear
We all have

Our own
And have no right

To make anyone elses worse

Just to make ourselves
Momentarily feel better
And just because
We have an irrational fear

Of a group of people
We only think
We know all about
Because we listen
To people

Who have no clue
Who they really are either

Doesn't mean
It is right at all
To make those people

Who personally we
Don't even know
Fear us back
Honestly people
I know we are all
Only human
We slip up
We fuck up
We get shit wrong
And thats how we learn
But from where I am standing

There seems to be a lot
Of fucking up
But not a whole lot

Of learning going on
And that
Needs to change
And it needs to change now
