My dear full moon
That always inspires
That does light
Up the sky
And leave
A sparkle
In my eye
Seeing you
This night

Does make me smile
But it kills me
To know
That when the
Sun does rise
For another month

I will have to
Say goodbye
So I close my eyes
Bask in your magick
One last time
As I feel
The inspiration
Building inside
I open my eyes

And sadly say

Goodbye
Then walk inside
Sit down
And because of you
Begin
Once again
To happily
Write
