intertwined souls Today I kissed an angel,
Eyes of green and hair of gold,
This kiss was soft and numb,
He was warm when rest was cold.
He was not sent from above,
And wanders this instead this earth,
Meeting one and then another,
His benevolence brings them mirth.
Yesterday I kissed an angel,
His energy drew me there,
He seemed rare and peaceful,
I couldn’t help but stare.
We talked with one another,
Exchanging thoughts and feelings,
I felt natural with this angel,
He left me with new meanings.
Tomorrow I will kiss an angel,
If only in thoughts or mind,
Tomorrow I will grow wings,
And fly to that moment in time.
