Catching the tears that spill from my eyes,

I know you love me, but I don't know why.

I get so confused, my mind doesn't know,

Tell me should I stay or should I go?



Been through so much I want a second chance,

But in my head the old fears start their dance.

I'm going to get hurt I know this to be true,

Mixed emotions what am I going to do?



I want so much to be carried away,

Your love and your smile get me through the day.

Just when I begin to fall under your spell,

The old nightmares surface, and once again I've failed.



Help me please don't take your love away,

I'm really trying don't know what else to say.

I want to return the love that you show,

Stay with me, help my love grow.
