From where I stood I heard you crying,
You never knowing I was standing so near,
And in the silence of the night
To Jesus my Savior, you were really crying...
My first reaction was to run to you
And make you see, that you were not really alone,
And somehow I understood all your pain,
And that with you I was standing all the way!
I wanted so bad to let you also know
That I still loved you, no matter what
In the end, you thought, you've done so wrong ...
But instead I just prayed to Jesus, to make you whole, again!!
