ANGEL'S BREATH

~ANGELS BREATH~

Here I sit lonely hearted and alone

With polished words, the bargain's quickly made

To pointless fears and hopelessness death's sigh.

Weighed down and held by broad, consuming pain.

For you are as brief as angel's breath

Which burns the very page we race to read

To read all the prophesies of the seers

Of pain, and fears and  general dispair

And even through silence, love has its sound

So I call to God, who lifts the heads of men

Our eternity seen only through our death

For better love, none other, through life it runs.

I sob, I beg and fall to arise again

And make them go with fingertips soft as the sea...
