Trying to pierce the darkness

Night's shadows playing tricks

Occupied with my own thoughts

On moments of unrest like this.

A certain natural quality here

There are those who believe

No trouble exist that time can't mend

For then are most welcome a few words of cheer.

To believe is to know we're not alone

For there really is an unlocked door

Please accept these words as true

You've listened carefully to my thoughts.

Into my life came a radiant light

What will make you happy is how you touch.
