Papa squirrel got so

busy and hungry

so he came down the

oak tree



To gather some chestnuts

and some food

from the ground nearby

to feed in winter all his family



Baby squirrel from a twig

showed his very cute and

furry little face

very playfully with a glee



And asked papa squirrel

"Can I come down too

and help you some?

we both can have such fun



Papa squirrel just smiled kind

and nodded hearty his consent

but please, be careful! he said

pointing his finger to his son



Sliding down with a big thump

baby squirrel giggling made his way

laughing so hard and so glad

to join papa squirrel and have some fun!
