a little insanity is what I look

for when I look

for you

keeping me on my toes

knowing my deepest desires

within me

the ones that I can't

express verbally

only through

my

poetry

which makes you cry

when you read how much I

love to love

giving you my heart

soul

mind

before my body

not wanting more than what you

can handle from

me

accepting the

flowers that you buy

for me

     just because

your smile

sends chills down my spine

my hands shiver listening to your

sweet

kind

words of wisdom

as you speak of your dreams of being

the first

of whatever pops through your

beautiful

mind

understanding my downs

even though it's more than the usual

enjoying rollercoaters even though

it's scary

stimulating me intellectually

pleasuring me with your idea of God

taking me to ecstacy by paying attention

to each and every part

of my

body

loving me for me

without taking me for granted

without judging me

because of my little insanities

because you try your best to

understand me

because you want me for yourself

regardless

of my imperfections
