As my heart scatters around me

Separating myself from myself

It may seem obscene 

Where does one express their negative emotions 

There is no place 

You do not post

You do not speak 

You keep it to yourself 

Hold and release 

Places unseen 

Reside within me 

A silent rage

A whisper of a scream

Hot quite tears 

For the darker side of me

Is only a face

For me to see
