Creating a blog was considered bore, hard work and demanding in terms of time. But now, as there are more ways through which we can start a blog of our own, it has faded the old concepts. Step 1: Buy a Domain and Hosting

Buying a domain is a must because it the address through which your blog will be registered on search engine. Apparently, it seems a bit confusing for amateurs but it isn’t really difficult to find out why we need any domain or hosting. Basically, hosting is more like a house where all your posts are saved. There are several companies which provide hosting services. Surprisingly, they are affordable and easy to manage if you will buy a premium account. Another thing which you need to do is to find the best company for hosting.  Good hosting means a lot to a blogger.

Note: You can always make a free of cost blog but they are attached with .wordpress.com or .BlogSpot. But it is best to create a blog on .com which will be charged.

Step 2: Choose a Blogging Platform

After purchasing a domain and hosting, the second step is to choose platform. WordPress and Blogger are two famous platforms from where you can start the journey as a blogger. If you are using WordPress you should get there premium package with .wordpress.org instead of .com. it is because of two solid reasons: firstly, it directly opens the site without any hassle. Secondly, it is the safest place to practice in case of being an amateur.

Step 3: Select a Responsive Theme

The next step after buying domain, hosting and choosing platform, there comes the need to put a theme. Most of the themes are free but there are those which are even bought. Whatever your theme is like, the thing which you have to remember is the importance of responsive themes. There are plenty of themes which are responsive and free of cost. So, in short you have to do a bit of research if you are not in hurry to set up a blog.

Step 4: Customize the Blog

To make your work or content more stable, it is better to set and customize it. Plugins, color and space customization brings in more traffic if you see it from the earning aspect. Another thing which you have to get is the banner and logo. These two things can be easily done by a web developer.  After setting it up, you will be all good to start blogging.
