I stood there on a perfect day
Staring at you with not a word to say
Thoughts were dancing all through my head
Suddenly everything that I ever knew
Were only of you, a smiling you
I can't say enough, dream enough
There's just one question left for me to ask
As the days become the nights
I can't see a me without a you
All my promises are made for your dreams
A love realized when I saw my reflection
There in your eyes
A eternity of seeing someone's smile
Shining on me, the touch that provides comfort
And chases away the despair
On this perfect day all I can see is your face
Brillant along with all the tiny colors in the air
I hold my breath to see you standing there
Say yes to be mine always
Hold my hand to know these things are true
I want to spend a eternity here with only you
And on a perfect day everyone will see
That our love is ours to hold forever in our hands
