Once upon a time there was this girl,

And this girl lived in a broken world,

No matter how much she tried to see,

the good in it, it would not be,

Shed give a smile, try to make friends,

But they turned out the same in the end,

She'd look at people with an open heart,

Try to imagine greatness and art,

But everytime they brought her down,

Stole her smile and replaced it with frowns,

She wonders around still looking each day,

But all her world is covered with grey,

No light to boost her joy and glee,

Just darkness and hate is all she can see,

She is waiting for someone to open her eyes,

And help her ignore the fakeness and lies,
