+ 1ST POEMS: Toward Retrograde Motion, From Christmas Day, 2025, To Sunday, July 25th, 1976

Who even adds a single syllable

to a handle's, or screen name's, effective efficiency?

But one must---if Christian spirituality

requests it for the usage of the soul.

I know that my Chrismation is a gift from Christ, God's Son;

therefore, the world's ghastly an chaotic void

shall not engulf it.  Upon poems deployed,

derived from Hieromartyr Januarius, this form, Januarian,

appears.  It enfolds my soul like a young, unshod altar server's robe.

Pray for me, please, Januarius; and Metropolitans Jonah and Job.

Januarian:  in Chrismation (April 19th, 2014), Januarius; fka Starward-Led

Author's Notes/Comments:
