In the false daylight of that barren place from which I came, I wandered and stumbled.
But, Jesus, lifting my gaze to Your sky full of stars, I was refreshed and humbled
(the answer to prayer) to look upon the path You had assigned
for me: You the Lover of my soul and all humankind.
