From the shadows of the borrowed tomb,
the Bright and Morning Star has arisen
before the dawn, before the vigilant sun,
to proclaim the good news of Salvation and Mercy
to all who will hear; and, hearing, believe.
The power of death, the wage of sin, has been annulled.
And on the Holy Name of the Lord each of the saved has called.
