+ 9TH POEMS: ἀγαπάω ἀδελφότης, θυσίαν αἴνεσις [1 Peter 2:17, Hebrews 13:15]

Christ expects to love this ancient fraternity

of His own making and gathering; of which freemasonry

has made its own, infernal but attractive, mockery.

We. the Orthodox Faithful, need no enlodged and enlarged secrecy;

we love our Christian brethren quite openly.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Before I became a Christian, I personally witnessed two flagrant betrayals of the so-called Masonic law---one of which extended from May 19th, 1989 through February 14th, 1993.  The second betrayal was engineered by one of the officers of the Grand Lodge.  This propelled an accelerating lack of respect for the fraternity, even though I had attained the 32nd degree in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.
