(In rememberence of all those who lost thier lives during the Holocaust)
My life was always great,
but they took me one day,
I used to be happy and joyful,
until I was taken to hell, to be treated like a stray.
Didn’t know what was happening,
what was going on,
soon I was stripped,
with nothing left to hold on.
My family was taken from me,
put in the chambers,
filled with gas,
died along with the mass.
Hungry and lonely
is how I spent each day,
I knew I couldn’t cry,
or else they would blow me away.
Can’t sleep at night,
it’s way to cold,
I have nothing to keep me warm,
not a blanket or pillow or a friend to hold.
Over 6 million people died,
murdered-no reason why,
only for some sick people,
to get a temporary high.
They find fun in watching us bleed,
and fall to the ground,
starve to death,
they don’t even frown.
It’s not just any camp,
it’s a death camp here,
not full of laughs and games
but murder and fear.
