In Uncertain Times
Love has gained yet it has lost
Humanities greatest cost
Though soul has enlarged through tongue of praise
In Uncertain Times
We fix our eyes on what is real
Although many as of late claim it being no big deal
Through a window of hope or doorway to cry
The love has renounced a talented sigh
We wander aimlessly as if in some nomadic tribe
In glistening filter with no shelter to cry
In uncertain times we can listen yet to know why
The war has nsued with no laughter to care
In lands fixed with milk and honey spilled out with lots of money
There will never be another one just like you
In seasons scorched with hate & smiles of gloom
A heart needs to be fixed on the center of it's love
A challenge to be free is a call for time
Through a caged rat that was hidden in it's tiny hole
In uncertain times there are things we ought to know
