I'd like to watch the falling snow,
and the multicolor of the rainbow.
To hear rustling leaves when the wind blows,
and feel the warm sunlight by the window.
To stare upon the moonlight's glow,
and absorb the sound of the river's flow.
To smell colorful flowers of indigo,
and pick fresh berries from mistletoes.
To captivate a day of nature's show,
and enjoy a night as it creeps in slow.
To dispel all the days that I felt low,
for I won's ever again feel shallow,
I won's ever again pity my shadow.
This is the only solace that I know,
for your image lingers, like resounding echoes.
But it also hinders, for I can't seem to let go.
