Yesterday
something
happened
causing
me to
look away.

Far
in the
distance
I heard
a new
song.

As I grew
near a
unfamiliar
voice
kept
calling
my name.

Enticing
me come
and enjoy,
a face
imaged
my
mirror.

Just over
the
mountain,

a new
horizon
burst
forth,
another
day
dawned.
