gather
moisture

threating the day.

Silently a breeze
whispers of
youthfulness and
its sweet hour.

Gallant leaves
close the gap
hovering together
forming tiny
umbrellas
for protection.

Plaited arms
entwine
shielding view-
points
providing
safe guards.

A brave knight
mounts his
white stallion
arrayed in shining
armour.

challenging the
trade winds
emerging
victorious.
