She turned around and said to me,

"I just need time to be free,"

She walked away convincingly.



"I don't love you anymore,"

She looked my way and then I said,

"I'm not the man you took me for"

Got on our clothes and off the bed.



Turn a fatal head and,

Cry a faithful tear,

Shed like the words you said,
