You came back,

At first I was suprised

And very confused

But after a while,

I was smiling again

Because you still have love for me

As I do for you

And never again am I going to let you go

You mean too much to me

For me to ever have to lose you

I let you go once,

and all I know is...

I cannot go through that again

So I beg of you,

Do not walk away

With the intentions of not returning

Because that is something

I would not be able to handle

So put your hand in mine

and we will take this journey together

Step by step,

We will walk

Side by side

I will never let go

My hands holding onto yours

Ever so tightly
