Empty streets and empty roads

Mistake paths we dare not go

If we do,

Will we be forsaken

Will our souls be taken

Broken hearts and many lies

Lost friendships

and severed ties

Lots of pain that never ends

Broken trust that never mends

Screams and tears

Anger and fears

A life changed over the anguished years

Lost and weary eyes are shaken

This heart you hold may not be worth breaking

Been broken so many times before

Do you want to take this weary soul on

Even if i were too far gone
