We Never Forget For...

I've none .

To show my friends,

To those who'd stand beside.

To meet with my family ,

Of whom I share my pride.

So they can know,

Lying there, row on row,

their sacrifice....

Was not in vain.

That something through  their death.....

and all  of their pain.

That,what was done......

was right.

When death, 

dealt his cards that day.

But I can't stand alone ....,

I feel,that I have failed them!

For my family stayed at home.

And not stood with me .

As I stand ......

Here beside him.
