HOWL AT THE MOON
I just died tonight.
The pain,
finally,
just too much to bear.
She stood,
laughing at my anguish.
As she twisted the knife,
of hate.
My heart just stopped.
For a brief moment,
I just didn’t,
love her.
Though that mood soon passed.
Replaced ,
Twice fold
The pain returned.
One sided,
We’ll never learn.
Of loves anguish.
When it’s spurned.
