cloth n bits of tin.
We fought and killed for....
Our mates!
Carried out murder.
On a politicians, whim.
Games of global chess,
Played, on a war games board.
Enacted .....
on the cold field of battle.
Money fame and fortune.
But all we saw....
Was
Death.
