God is trying to assess
Our ability to accept hardships
Versus our impulse to give up.
We can either turn our heads away
When God tests us
Or we can bow our heads down
And accept His call.
The determination is
Whether or not we realize
That we can not pass the test alone;
We need Him to give us knowledge first.
