One wonders if hope is still alive and then when at rock bottom one does not quite but rather reaches down inside to rise up again.  One must readily acknowledge how far determination can carry one (male or female) when it is appropriately applied.  Hope and faith are the cornerstones of the human experience.  One lacking in these traits is basically lacking in life itself.  When the crisis arises these souls are lost. Hope is a constant.  We are lucky it exists.  More than likely it is what separates us from the apes.
