well, I was just listening
to Joan Osborne
and contemplating
the comparisons
to Janis Joplin
I don’t know
if I can agree
with that
but I do like it
It’s hard not to like
an attractive woman
singing a song called,
“Let’s Just Get Naked.”
No argument here
I’m usually removing
articles of clothing
when I listen to the song
the power of suggestion
in rock music is strong
No wonder parent groups
and Tipper Gore
are trying to censor it
