I don't want to be swept away with the other half of me
Time is slipping through my fingers like grains of sand

I've got nowhere else to go
Don't leave me out in this cold desolate place
The flame slowly makes our "permanent" memory fade
Theres a part of me that's slowly losing this battle
I can't believe how warm and safe I felt in your arms
The ice cold wind lashes at my face and I see the pain on your face
