Is there reason...?

      Give me reason for darkness.

Give me reason why I shouldn't dig a hole.

      Why I shouldn't jump in that hole and bury myself.

Give me reason why this poem should be any good.

      Because its not.

Give me reason.

      Why my heart has limits.

Is there reason for pain?

      This curtain of shadow draped over me?

Give me reason why.

      Just give me reason.

Give me reason for sorrow.

      Give me reason for happiness.

            Give me reason for being alive.

Because I don't want to be happy anymore.

      I don't want to be alive anymore.

So, for the time being,

      Give me reason...

            ...When there is no reason.
