if we would only pray

the world would be a better place today

for God will give us what we need

just like he gives the sparrow food to eat

if we would only trust God more and worry less

we would realize how much we are blessed

if we would only believe that God can do anything

then we would have the faith to do everything

if we would only look to God when things got tough

we would be seen through by his great love

if we would only love like Jesus loved us

the way he did when he died on the cross

then maybe the world would be a better place

if when people looked inside our heart they saw Christ's face
