A small adventure
It was a hot sunny day, when a little dove was born. His mother, a white dove called him Freddy. On his first day alive, he couldn’t see and he had no flumes at all, he looked like a little monster, it was cute in a strange way. The time started to pass and finally the first feathers started to appear. Freddy was partially white with some black dots, it looked like he was a little bit dirty but it was his own plume.
His first fly was 3 weeks after he was born. He was terrified because the tree that her mother choose to make the nestle was so tall.
Mom, why in the word do you choose this tree? Said Freddy.
It’s for your own safe little Freddy.
How is it safe for me if it’s too tall?!
There are somethings that you can’t understand yet. The mother said

But nothing. The mother shut Freddy.
That day, Little Freddy flied for the first time, he felt the wind in his feathers and the vertigo on her little feet. It was an amazing feeling, he promised that he would never stop flying in his entire life and he would travel the entire planet.
The months passed, and his only motivation was the trip that he was planning. One day he told his mom that he was leaving the nestle soon.
But, why? Aren’t you happy with me? The mom reproached.
Of course, I’m happy mother, but I need to follow my dream, I need to visit every corner of this world. All I can think are the wonderful things that I’m missing every day. Freddy said.
One week later, Freddy undertook his trip. First, he flied West, were the sun comes down and the wind blows. The first place he landed on was an old forest, where trees were gigantic, those trees made him remember the feeling that he experienced when he took his first fly. In that green forest, he saw two Woodpeckers in an old oak.
Hi, my name is Freddy!
The two woodpeckers got scared, so they jumped.
Man, what is your problem? Said the young woodpecker
Did your mom forget to teach you modals? Said the other woodpecker.
I’m sorry, it wasn’t my intention. Freddy apologized
Anyway, what brings you here?
Yeah, you don’t look familiar.
I’m not from around here, my home is far away. I’m traveling the world. Freddy said.
What? That sounds amazing!

That night when Freddy was missing his mother, he wondered how worried she must be. Then suddenly, he realized how much he loves his mother and that she is all that he has. So, he decided to come home again.
