Bring about the end of it all.
Cross my heart and take that final fall.

I watched our sky lit moment drift into the ashes.
The only thing left was the dirt of my veins,
the sweat from neglect entrenched in the aged old
wrinkles that rape my fresh young face.

Down below everything looks minuscule,
the pestilent nature of being alive.
