ive stumbled upon something

thats really hard to find

i saw it flicker in his eyes

i found it in his mind



everyone has a certain spark

but his is so different somehow

but all i know is it's 11:06

and id give my life to touch him right now



we've all met the people

who cant believe in something real

maybe they're like i once was

maybe they cannot feel...



if you could see the green in his eyes

and the way they illuminate the night

youd see why i held on for so long

youd see why i needed to fight



if only i could show you

the fire in his touch

youd see how he moves me

and why he posseses so much



his mind is full of things

once invisible to me

but now i know the secrets

somehow i found the key



and now ill keep this spark that ive found

ill just keep it for myself

ill put it inside my new found heart

that he took down off the shelf



and even though ive found

just what im looking for

ill keep wishing on every star

that he wont find something more
