Just One Day
I hear you as you walk out of my life.
I see you as you leave, tearing my soul away
as I'm begging for another day just to see if any love still remains.
I can't believe Im sitting here, holding this knife.
This isn't me. I'll give God just one more day,
and then I'm done. We'll see if His love remains!
I can't believe that my life had turned to that!
A knife in my hand, ready to end it all as I watched my life wash away!
As you can see I got up off the mat!
God saved me in just one day!
Nothing could stop me, or so I thought.
I was told differently that day...showed the love that remained.
Praying now to Christ giving Him the soul he bought.
Im still here Satan can't you see?!
You have tried to beat me down and break my soul,
but in Christ I have found a strength you will never know!

Suicide can't stop it. That's only the beginning of fear!

Instead I turned to the Sword of Truth!!!
