I Got You

I ain't got a million dollars.

I don't have a brand new truck.

I don't always know what to do.

Most of the time, I'm even out of luck,

but the one thing I got...is you.

I ain't ever been wealthy.

I don't have a nice pair of boots.

I'm surprised that I'm fairly healthy,

but the whole reason for that...is you.

You're the reason I get up when I don't want to.

You lift me up when I can't stand.

You help me do the things I don't want to.

When I fall, you give me a safe place to land.

We're gonna add one more real soon,

and I'm a very blessed man

because even when I feel like nothing...I've got you.

I don't have the nicest things.

I don't have a good cowboy hat.

I don't always have a voice to sing.

Hell, sometimes I don't know where my mind's at,

but God reminds me that I don't need things too

because the one thing I need...is you.

It's just the beginning of the start.

We may not have a lot.

God's gonna meet us where we are,

and even though there ain't much I've got

He ain't gonna let us be apart!
