My heart feels like it's all used up.

I can't see what's really going on.

All i wanted to give you was love,

but now you're just gone...

and I wish you were here

sitting beside me, trying to find me.

All of my tears

have made me too blind to see...

I wish you were here.

My body feels broken

I can't read your mind.

My heart it was open, 

we just need some time,

but I wish you were here

sitting beside me, longing to find me.

I refuse to believe that it isn't going to be

because our minds deceive us regularly.

The devil is working on us while we're hurting,

but God has beaten him!

I give in to Jesus with all of my being

because I can't do this alone. 

He lifts me up on His shoulders and sings

from the cross as He carries us home!

Know that I'm right here

sitting beside thee, bringing you back to me.

All of your tears

will never go unseen...

I am right here.
