Braunsweiger on Rie with gouda cheese and avocado and tomato

 

prep:

1. mix advocado and tomato withg garlic + cracked pepper and salt

2. spread mixture on both pieces of rie

3. Put braunsweiger pieces on top

4. layer with gouda cheese

5. finish off with dijon mustard and mayonaise.

 

notes: Would be better with bacon and some kind of sauce.
