Forever, your eyes light my path,

Not understanding your reason,

For one second, one moment,

I gave my heart away,

To your perfect existance to me,

With no reason other than my love,

Offering you what little I have,

Hoping to keep you within my mind,



Holding you close to my being,

Wanting to never release you,

Kissing you softly before I say good night,

Hoping never to wake from this dream,

As your heart sieces to beat,



The river that flows from my eyes,

Mourning the loss of my true love,

Holding your hand tightly to my chest,

Never wishing to let go,



Will I ever wake from this nightmare?

Someone shake me from my torment,

Breaking my soul and my sanity,

Breaking my spirit and control.
