Babysteps

Glove

the massive hands

the colossus leave no smudge

no

furtive fingerprints

upon entry

his rambling sneakdance

Cracks

electronic pavement

asunder

feet wetted in rivers

never dried off leaving

lakes in the desert

every careless step

Thunder

shutters windows

closes doors against

his subtle approaches

and howling

sighs fluttering invisible

townships shuddereing

Night

of giants he leaps

across his fences

world unseen embraced

of the rosy youth

the dawn's tiny quiet

morningquake

I think, sub-consciously, that this poem is about the Big Friendly Giant
