Mirages
seen even at dark nights
Pilgrim me keeps moving on.
Scared lark flies
straight into snake's mouth
thinking that she is an owl.
Of no use
were my love and care
she likes to be swallowed whole.
Growing up
in a troubled nest
she always flirted with love.
Python casts
its eyes on me too
But fears the look in my gaze.
My soul is
very powerful
and my heart a strong fortress.
Foolish bird
seeks heaven on earth
and her stars show her frailty
Even death
dare not stare at me
for I am God's soldier now.
If only
the bird had seen truth
she wouldn't have flown away.
