THIS IS MY THIRD REJOINDER TO MELISSA LUNDEEN'S "INSTROSPECTION", WHICH IS A CRITIQUE IN POETRY OF MY POEMS.
-------------------------------------------------------------
No hangups, no pretensions, no falsehood,
Her countenance shines with honesty,
Her inner being is a chaste one,
And yet she knows what she wants to be.
She is the Woman Extraordinaire,
And she is a rare one of her kind,
She says what she has to say,
Without fear, or a confused mind.
She is the Woman Extraordinaire,
True, sincere, loyal and helpful,
And inside her beats a heart of gold,
Wrapped in the best attire...
She is the Woman Extraordinaire,
Aphrodite would also agree,
If Venus and Helen are speechless,
To match her who else can compare?
God Almighty has blessed me a lot,
But she, this Woman Extraordinaire,
Is God's greatest gift to a have-not,
Me a poet seeking love sincere.
She held my hand and rescued me,
When others were gloating at my fall,
She with her kindness, blessed by God,
Made me rise again to be once more tall.
God only knows how much this heart of mine,
Appreciates her kind sincerity,
The lady, the Woman Extraordinaire,
Aye, she is that and none but she.
