familiar with you since kids,
what I undergo many said was puppy love,
I sense adoration and devotion,
when my lips set on yours,
the person not deserve of you,
constantly treating you with disrespect,
with his boys swollen my flesh,
attempt to end my days,
yet I stood up,
showed you a man with respect,
I go back and reflect upon the day you was so down,
your tears constantly drop,
I took you to a place only the special ones know,
a marvelous sight,
saw mother earth bare her beauty was a great delight,
breeze softly moves through our flesh,
played like kids in 3rd grade,
kicking soil and rocks,
day to brake our friendship and ask for an eternity,
your frowns and tears I wiped out,
only smiles and laughter where exposed,
beautiful smile had me astounded,
aroma with no cure so I was infected and captured,
mouth stitched,
utter words I could not,
time went by, days of thought,
wanting to utter the words from my heart,
we parted our own way,
I stroll in life,
while you settled in your tomb,
my life felt it came into an end,
as I knew your eyes and image I wont be seeing again,
eyes as you rest wanted to utter something
as I wept with no control,
got to my knees wanted to trade my life for yours,
my whole world twirl,
sight my heart should have been yours,
every year I dont have you,
I visit on the day they packed your backs,
always the words are on hold,
as a re-run it always occur,
I see you in front joking around,
my eyes like river they flow,
my heart to millions pieces it falls,
essence separates,
dont give a fuck up as long as it goes by your side,
I write your name,
my eyes are not waterproof,
I miss you In this beautiful view,
still cant say the words I love you,
emotions refuse to let go, heart in pain,
I need you, fall to the ground scrape knees,
elbows, fall to a bush of thorns,
flesh torn, eyes stab, nerves dangled like strings,
still does not compare to the day I knew you was gone,
in your dark I was there, I dried your tears,
in protecting you I got beat up,
sinful thoughts who ever treated you wrong,
for you I did it all,
today stand in the same place,
dont see you anymore,
dont see your eyes or image,
but I see as the sunsets the moon and stars,
your aroma is replace
with sweet aroma from fresh roses grown
from my year to year blood,
finally I said I loved you wind picked up,
hands of breeze holds my chin,
as the day it was you and me in this special place,
breeze lifted my chin clouds forming,
outside whispers
“ask her again”,
“ I love you”,
as I should have said 10 years ago,
ray of light trespass my heart,
clouds separating I saw a beautiful heart,
my answer “I love you”
was the translation of that heart as I saw
the clouds giving me a sign,
body breaks down, I need you by my side,
as I write this the paper is soak,
the ink is blurring the words,
body shivers, heart in tears,
lovely clouds i shall for ever see,
to find that heart that tells me it loves me to,
in the middle of my dark,
the thing I needed to let go and forever move on with life, but never your essence will be forgotten,
rest calmly in your place,
hope u look over me,
I am now walking in life,
till the day I join you and say hi
