We do things

without taking the time to see what they mean,

I think and I laugh I laugh and I think,

humans we are a funny structure in deed,

we fear death,

we fear it a lot,

we see the darkness and get scared,

since we are small,

telling mommy dont turn out the lights,

we fear the boogeyman, and others alike,

when u see death,

the bone structure walking about,

you dont hesitate to run,

we fear death

we pray and pray for our lord not to take us away!!

But if you stop just like me

think about this you will see,

the thing you wait and want to be,

your birthday you wish will come sooner,

so eager to grow and have fun,

your birthday is here

you throw a big party families and friends

all together cheering and been happy!!

But thats the point!!

They are cheering for your death

cause birthday by birthday,

we are getting older,

and we are moving forward and closer

to a grave that in time we must lay!!

You celebrate your days year by year

not knowing that you celebrate

another year of your body been closer to a grave,

when we die same scenario but know we cry!!

Why is that!!

We are resting out of this life

we finally get to be in a better place,

so I sometimes ask myself this,

should I cry when my birthday arrives,

and celebrate when I die,

so confusing is this,

but they are the things

that we sometimes we dont see
