i don't get it,

it's like everytime i see you,

i fall in love with you all over again,



today i saw an angel,

i saw that beautiful girl,

which you continue to be,

in person and right in front of me,



and there was nothing i could do,

just stand there and bite my tongue,

and fight the feelings,

which wanted to erupt,

into words,

words which are trapped in my heart,



i don't get it,

it's like everytime i see you,

i fall in love with you all over again,



dammit,

i'm trying so hard to be just a friend,

but when i look at you,

it reminds me of what i used to have,



the happiness,

the companionship,

a  lover,

a best friend,



i don't get it,
